Geordie Shore Returns to MTV in January 2018 for its 16th Season

Geordie Shore season 16

Are your ready to ‘hit the toon?’ That’s right Geordie fans, the Geordie shore radgies will be back for its sixteenth season of utter madness on the 9th January, at 10 pm on MTV.

It’s crazy to think that way back in 2011 the world was first introduced to a whole new eyeopening UK reality TV show when bed-hopping and doing naughty things under the covers was something you wouldn’t normally see on British TV.Geordie Shore season 1

This was back where it all began for Geordie Shore and the cast of season one, Charlotte Crosby, Gaz Beadle, Holly Hagan, Vicky Pattison, Sophie Kasaei, James Tindale, Jay Gardner and Greg Lake. yes, remember him?

Fast forward to 2018 and the start of season 16, we all know that Gaz has left the Geordie Shore house to become a daddy, and Scotty T and Marty were kicked out of the house last season. Will either of them be returning? Who know’s.

Which means apart from Sophie all the other original Geordie members have left over the years and been replaced with new faces who fans have all grown to know and love.

Season 16 will be back with a bang, Sophie Kasaei, Marnie Simpson, Chloe Ferry, Abbie Holborn, Nathan Henry, and Aaron Chalmers will be joined by two new housemates, both ready to hit the toon and get mortal.

Who are the new faces in Geordie Shore?

First up to join the house will be Sam Gowland who was looking for love on this year’s Love Island. He joins the house as a single lad but soon starts dating chicken nugget lover Chloe Ferry.Sam Gowland geordie Shore

The other newbie is Stephanie Snowden, this girl likes to party and already knows the rest of the Geordie Shore lot as she is a friend of Marnie’s. It sounds like she will settle in well.

So what will season 16 have in store for Geordie Shore? Obviously the usual drunk antics from everyone, falling over, food fights and lots more. They will also be paying a visit to Tenerife and Edinbrough.

Finally, will this be the first series where both Marine and Aaron are in relationships outside of the house? Can they really just be friends? We can’t wait to find out.

You can catch up on previous seasons of Geordie Shore on Now TV and catch up for the new season will be on Now TV in 2018.
