Everones favourite quiz show, Who Wants to be a Millionaire is back to celebrate its 20th anniversary and it now has a new, yet familiar presenter for the nail-biting series.
Who’s the new presenter for Who Wants to be a Millionaire?
Its none other than the ex Top Gear and Grand Tour presenter Jeremy Clarkson who will be taking over from Chris Tarrant who previously hosted the show from its start in 1998 up until its final episode in 2014.
Is Who Wants to be a Millionaire still on ITV?
Yes it is and who would let go of the tension filled series that at its peak had over 19 million viewers. Its utterly captivating and addictive television and no doubt will have many us shouting at the TV as the contestants struggle through their lifelines to answer the increasingly difficult questions that will be put forward to them.
Will it be the same as before?
If you mean by ‘Ask a Friend’, ’50:50′ and the ever entertaining ‘Ask the Audience’ then yes they will still be there. ITV have also stated that there will be some new twists to the show as well which we can’t wait to see.
When is it back on the TV?
Its back for seven, hour long episodes over a week in late spring so we’ll confirm when an official date has been revealed.
